VP & chief customer officer
Eric Jones joined Groove in 2015 as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), bringing two decades of strategic marketing and business development experience to the agency. Groove tapped Eric for his expertise around new client acquisition, client growth and advancement, as well as product and service expansion opportunities.
As CCO, his primary focus is on customer happiness and achieving client expectations. As VP, he leads our production operations teams and the continuous improvement of our systems and processes.
Prior to joining Groove, Eric held marketing leadership positions in various industries, including finance, real estate, and technology. As Vice President of Digital Marketing for a digital marketing and technology agency, Eric was credited for increasing retained client service revenues from $150K in 2009 to more than $7 million annually in 2013.
Eric is always up for an adventure. As an experienced traveler, he has visited more than 22 countries. He also played rugby in college and spent nine years playing at the national level after graduation.
